A bilateral platform enabling exporters and importers from both the United Arab Emirates and Cambodia to connect through structured B2B engagements and unlock real trade opportunities under the CEPA framework. CEPA provides a framework for “Preferential tariff access”, “Streamlined customs procedures”, and “Enhanced market entry conditions”.
The UAE-Cambodia Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (CEPA), which officially entered into force on January 31, 2024, has systematically accelerated trade flows between the Middle East and Southeast Asia. Originally designed to expand a baseline non-oil trade volume of roughly $407 million, the operational framework is on a clear path to push bilateral trade past the $1 billion milestone by 2030. The agreement links a major Gulf re-export capital directly to the manufacturing, consumer, and agricultural sectors of one of ASEAN’s fastest-growing economies.
