& Market Access Mission

Explore. Meet. Match and Execute the Trade & Investments under CEPA Framework

A bilateral platform enabling exporters and importers from both the United Arab Emirates and Costa Rica to connect through structured G2B and B2B engagements and unlock real trade opportunities under the CEPA framework. The United Arab Emirates and Costa Rica signed a Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (CEPA) on 17 April 2024, and the agreement officially entered into force on 1 April 2025. The CEPA is designed to strengthen bilateral economic relations by reducing tariffs, simplifying customs procedures, improving market access for goods and services, encouraging investments, and supporting digital trade and SME cooperation.

This mission is designed to ensure that businesses from both countries can effectively utilize these advantages, transforming policy-level agreements into tangible commercial outcomes.
